When we get involved it usually means one thing: a serious situation that demands an exceptionally high quality handling of the problem.

The fee deposit required for a dispute or litigation matter is $3,500 and goes up from there depending upon a number of factors. For instance, if a lawsuit is necessary, you can expect to deposit between $5,000 and $20,000 in your escrow account and maintain a certain level of fees on an ongoing "evergreen" basis.

Our minimum deposit required for transactional work such as business plan review, contract drafting and negotiation, legal compliance reviews, start-up guidance, and trademark and copyright filings is $10,000. Obviously we only handle this type of work for a select few with very high expectations of superior performance.
