Domain Name Wire reports that there soon will be another competitor in the UDRP domain name arbitration provider arena. The Czech Arbitration Court, a new arbitration provider, plans to add expedited arbitration proceedings under the UDRP for $250. Under the expedited rules, complaints must be limited to 2,000 words. ICANN's website states that the Czech Arbitration Court proposes to amend the Supplemental Rules to allow for alternative page limits and fees.
