On March 15, the Czech Arbitration Court (CAC) will lower UDRP filing fees for certain cases. More specifically, in cases where an arbitration panelist is not needed because the respondent has failed to respond to the complaint or in cases where there is no need for the filing of a detailed decision, the UDRP filing fee will only be 500 euros. However, in situations where the respondent does respond or a detailed decision must be filed, additional fees will be required, and will be commensurate with the existing fee structure.
